Website Terms of Use
These terms explain website use, the $30 Personal Concierge service and the role of travel suppliers.
$30 Personal Concierge Fee
The fee covers personalized travel research, available deal and discount checking, travel-option guidance and direct support with next steps. It is separate from supplier prices, deposits, insurance and trip expenses.
Bookings & suppliers
A trip is not confirmed until the applicable supplier accepts the booking and required payment. Suppliers control their availability, changes, cancellations, refunds and service performance.
Traveler responsibility
Travelers must verify names, dates, required documents, entry rules and supplier terms before booking and departure. Government requirements may change.
Account use
Clients must protect passwords and sign-in links and may access only their own records. Unauthorized access, interference, fraud or misuse is prohibited.
Payments & sensitive data
Never send full card, banking, Social Security or passport information through a public form, ordinary email or text. Use approved secure methods only.
